Review project plans and proposals and collaborate with management to determine project objectives.
Identify project responsibilities by determining the phases and elements of the project.
Calculate time frames and sequence the stages of the project.
Coordinate with different teams and professionals, such as contractors and engineers to ensure all parties are aligned with the project objectives.
Ensure the project is compliant with the applicable laws, standards, and regulations.
Monitor project progress to ensure it is staying on time and within budget. Adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project.
Communicate project status to stakeholders and upper management through reports and presentations.
Oversee the troubleshooting and problem-solving processes for project design and product issues.
You will also be responsible for documenting test procedures, analyzing test data, and preparing detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in the final testing, commissioning, and handover processes.

Proven work experience as a Project/Testing & Commissioning/ Sales Engineer
Strong knowledge of electrical testing methodologies and equipment
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, performance standards and industry standards (IEC, IEEE, NETA etc.)
Experience with high-voltage and low-voltage systems
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure each project is on schedule.
Effective leadership abilities to guide and motivate a team of professionals towards project completion.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, demonstrating time management skills.
Strong knowledge of safety standards and regulations to ensure all projects are completed in a safe and compliant manner.
Willing to train and be trained.
BS degree in Electrical Engineering (licensed REE)

Advanced MS Office skillsLeadership skills
