Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our customer base within the construction industry.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with contractors, builders, architects, and developers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to promote product offerings and provide technical support to clients.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for management review.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients while ensuring profitability.
- Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company’s products and services.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
- Proven sales experience in construction materials or related sectors, with a minimum of 5 years experience.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
