  • Technical Support Representative will be responsible for taking customer phone calls and responding to customer emails.
  • This position will entail solving technical problems and providing the best possible customer service at the same time.


  • Answer customer phone calls and respond promptly to emails regarding technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve product or service-related problems.
  • Provide clear instructions and step-by-step solutions to customers.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the support system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are fully resolved.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while adhering to company policies and service standards.
