  • Provide first-level technical support for end-users across various platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
  • Manage service requests and incidents through a ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex issues.
  • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions for knowledge base.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
