SMC Repairs and Maintenance Inc. is an Operations, Maintenance, and Management (OMM) subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation.

The primary purpose of the company is to engage in, manage, and carry on the business of repair, maintenance, warehouse management, and other related undertakings in connection with the operation, development, improvement, rehabilitation, administration, management, control, and operation of all types of manufacturing, milling, commercial, or industrial enterprises, business undertakings, or ventures.

Position: FABRICATOR AND BUILDING MAINTENANCE

Plant Assignment: BMEG TAGOLOAN, MISAMIS ORIENTAL

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Vocational/Technical course
• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in Plant Operation and Maintenance
• Must be a TESDA NC II holder in Mechatronics Servicing / Electrical Installation & Maintenance (EIM) / Domestic Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (DOMRAC).
• Knowledge of electrical systems, electro-pneumatic, mechanical, and mechatronics systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnosis skills.
• Willing to be assigned at BMEG Plant - Zone 4, Brgy. Gracia, Tagoloan Misamis Oriental

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a full range of maintenance activities, including preventive, condition-based, and corrective maintenance of production machinery’s instrumentation, control, communication, and automation systems.
• Identify equipment maintenance needs and monitor operational parameters of electro-mechanical systems.
• Adjust variable drives, reconfigure PLCs, and perform calibration verification.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of production equipment.
