- The position is responsible in performing repair and maintenance of copier machines deployed in clients.
- Ensures that copier machines are ready to be used in its acceptable performance level as specified by Customer’s Service Level Agreement; complies with total quality customer’s service standards.
- Provides Technical support to all Departments in Product Demonstration.
- Performs other responsibilities to meet overall Goals/Objectives of the company.
- Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time.
- At least Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ or equivalent
- Fresh Graduate to at least one (1) year working experience.
- With good oral and written communication skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to use, repair and maintain machines and tools
- Politeness and professionalism, performing well under pressure.
- Flexible
