Installation Support

• Assist in the installation of window-type, split-type, and package-type air conditioning units.
• Help with mounting, wiring, refrigerant piping, and insulation under supervision.

Maintenance Assistance

• Perform basic cleaning of air filters, coils, and condensers.
• Support preventive maintenance tasks as instructed by senior staff.

Repair Assistance

• Help in diagnosing common AC issues such as refrigerant leaks, faulty wiring, and mechanical wear.
• Provide necessary tools and materials during repair work.

Worksite Preparation & Safety

• Prepare tools, equipment, and materials for daily assignments.
• Follow all safety guidelines and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Documentation

• Record service activities, materials used, and work completion reports.
• Assist in inventory monitoring of consumables and spare parts.

Customer Interaction

• Maintain a polite and professional demeanor when dealing with clients.
• Support senior technicians in explaining basic maintenance tips to customers.

1. Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School Diploma required; TESDA NCII Certificate is a must.
2. Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in a technical role.
3. Skills and Competencies: Proficient in technical troubleshooting, strong problem-solving skills, and basic computer literacy.
4. Responsibilities and Duties: Perform maintenance and repairs, assist in installations, and support team members in project tasks.
5. Working Conditions: May involve manual labor in various environments; flexibility is required for working hours.
