• Vocational Course graduate
• Fresh graduate to at least one (1) year of working experience
• Good oral and written communication skills

Job Description:

• Perform repair and maintenance of copier machines deployed to clients.
• Ensure copier machines are operating at acceptable performance levels as specified in the Customer’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) and comply with total quality customer service standards.
• Provide technical support to all departments during product demonstrations.
• Perform other responsibilities to help meet the overall goals and objectives of the company.
• Carry out other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
