- Sales: Make outbound calls to sell products and services
- Customer service: Answer incoming calls, process orders, and handle customer issues
- Information: Provide product information, answer questions, and negotiate pricing
- Data entry: Enter customer information into databases
- Sales goals: Meet or exceed sales goals
- Follow-up: Follow up with potential customers and make sales pitches
- Order status: Monitor order status and resolve customer issues
- Training: Stay current on products and services, and industry developments
職位要求
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Persuasive abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use telemarketing software
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Ability to meet sales goals
- Ability to work day shift and weekends
- Amenable to start as soon as possible
- With experience in financing is a plus!
