We are looking for a proactive and organized Vendor Acquisition Coordinator to manage and strengthen our relationships with software and security solution vendors. This role ensures smooth communication, timely delivery of product solutions, and top-tier support for clients. - Serve as the primary communication bridge between vendors, clients, and internal teams for software and security products.
- Coordinate and oversee product orders, licensing, renewals, and delivery schedules
- Provide clear explanations and recommendations on antivirus, cybersecurity, and software solutions
- Manage and negotiate vendor agreements while ensuring alignment with company standards and customer needs
- Address client inquiries, troubleshoot product-related issues, and escalate technical cases when necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vendor communications, contracts, pricing, and product information
- Collaborate closely with sales, support, and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Track vendor performance and gather client feedback to prepare management reports and improvement recommendations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent organizational abilities
- Prior experience in vendor management, software products, or IT security is an advantage
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
