簡介

The E-Commerce Operations Specialist (TikTok Shop) is responsible for managing daily operations, product uploads, campaign enrollments, and platform optimization to drive sales and visibility on TikTok Shop. This role ensures accurate catalog management, smooth execution of promotions, and efficient order handling. The specialist also tracks performance data, provides actionable insights, and collaborates with internal teams to support cross-channel growth and campaign success.


Product & Catalog Management 

  • Create, upload, and optimize product listings on TikTok Shop. 
  • Ensure accuracy of product details, pricing, stock availability, and categorization. 
  • Maintain compliance with TikTok Shop guidelines and brand standards. 


Campaign Enrollment & Execution 

  • Enroll products in TikTok Shop campaigns (double days, mega sales, flash deals, platform promos). 
  • Coordinate setup of vouchers, bundles, and promotional mechanics. 
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide timely updates to the Account Manager. 


Operational Support 

  • Manage daily operations including order monitoring, cancellations, returns, and customer issues related to the platform. 
  • Encode and maintain trackers for sales, inventory, and campaign participation. 
  • Assist in voucher creation, bundle setup, and promotional configurations. 


Data Tracking & Reporting 

  • Generate reports on TikTok Shop sales performance, campaign results, and operational efficiency. 
  • Identify areas for improvement in campaign participation, product visibility, and operational processes. 
  • Share insights with the Account Manager to optimize future strategies. 


Collaboration 

  • Work closely with the Account Officer/Manager, Live Commerce Officer, and Affiliate Relations Officer to align TikTok Shop operations with broader e-commerce and marketing campaigns. 
  • Support fulfillment, marketing, and creative teams to ensure seamless end-to-end execution. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field. 
  • Knowledge of platform tools, seller centers, and campaign mechanics on TikTok Shop. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail. 
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 
  • Good communication and coordination skills. 
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. 
  • 1-3 working experience.
