- Lead engaging and informative tours for groups of diverse backgrounds.
- Share knowledge of historical sites, landmarks, and local culture.
- Ensure safety and enjoyment of participants during tours.
- Interact positively with guests, answering questions and addressing concerns.
- Maintain a schedule and keep the group on time.
- Assist with logistics and provide excellent customer service.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh Graduates are also welcome!
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, strong knowledge of local history, and ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct guided tours, provide museum explanations, and assist with visitor queries.
- Working Conditions: Varied locations including museums and outdoor sites, weekend availability required.
- Qualities and Traits: Enthusiastic, personable, adaptable, and culturally aware.
