簡介
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for new hires, upskilling programs, and process refreshers within a BPO setting.
- Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and design tailored training solutions.
- Create, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, and guides specific to the BPO industry.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with management to align training programs with organizational and client-specific objectives.
職位要求
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Minimum 1 year in a BPO environment with multinational clients; learning and development experience is a plus.
- Expertise in training delivery, presentation, demonstration, and training needs analysis.
- Familiarity with modern training tools and the ability to assess and improve training effectiveness.
