Key Responsibilities:

• Assess Training need through surveys, interviews with employees.
• Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.
• Review training materials from a variety of vendors and appropriate materials.
• Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure they are current and effective.
• Select and assign instructor to vendors to conduct training.
• Perform administrative task such as monitoring costs, scheduling training, setting up system and equipment and coordinating.
• Prepare weekly training report and monthly training report.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience preferably in a similar industry.
• Graduate of bachelor's degree in education, business, marketing or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in the appliance/retail industry.
• Understand the product, market, technical sales, and customer needs.
• Strong ability to communicate information clearly and engagingly.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering training materials and presentations.
• Experience working from an electrical company is required.
