We are looking for a dedicated Training Officer to design, implement, and monitor effective training programs for both new and existing staff. The ideal candidate is proactive, supportive, and committed to helping employees develop their skills in alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps
• Develop and deliver onboarding and training materials
• Facilitate internal and external training programs
• Monitor employee progress and evaluate training effectiveness
• Support staff with ongoing development and provide guidance as needed
• Collaborate with managers to ensure training aligns with operational goals
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Science preferred)
• Instructional Design or Learning & Development certification is a plus
• 1 to 3 years experience in training and development
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and business processes
