Qualifications:

• High school graduate or above; certification in medical billing or healthcare administration preferred
• 3–5 years experience in US medical billing, with 1–2 years in a training or mentoring role
• Strong understanding of RCM workflows and call center operations
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and familiar with LMS platforms
• Able to manage multiple training batches and adjust to various learning styles

Responsibilities:

The Trainer (RCM – Healthcare Account) is responsible for delivering effective training sessions to new hires and existing employees, ensuring a strong understanding of RCM processes and performance expectations. This role involves designing training materials, conducting classroom and virtual sessions, evaluating learning outcomes, and supporting team leaders to achieve operational targets.
