簡介

The Training Officer is responsible for managing and monitoring local training personnel at Lemon Square Bakery Treats. If needed, he/she steps in and assists the same in discharging their duties. The Training Officer is also responsible for submitting reports, regular and ad hoc as required by the Operations Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide training to the store operations at Lemon Square Bakery Treats – systems, policies, and procedures of the organization or train existing employees on new information through specialized training courses.
  • In-charge of the special projects that may be necessary to fulfill in order to meet the store's objectives.
  • Ensures proper and efficient scheduling of training rooms.
  • Prepares logistics materials for roll-out ex. Product launching, promo roll-out, etc.
  • Works with the Sales and Operations Department to determine and agree on the new store opening assistance schedule and training sessions which include but are not limited to new product launching, product preparation simulation, new store standards orientations.
  • Responsible for the implementation of basic training modules to store crew and Store Supervisors at Lemon Square Bakery Treats.
  • Responsible for ensuring proper cascade and implementation of new procedures and standards for stores, including new product offerings.
  • Monitors activities and schedules of all training personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Mass Communication, or Business Courses.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the food service industry.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in training and development.
  • Preference will be given to those with work experience in fast food chains and/or bakeries.
  • With project and time management skills.
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • With very good presentation ability, dynamic, and result-oriented.
