This position skillfully manages cash flow, ensuring the company's financial stability and prosperity.

The main responsibilities of a TREASURY OFFICER / SUPERVISOR include:

Primarily responsible in overseeing all treasury transactions to ensure timely delivery of services and availability of funds.

1. Timely and accurately checks and uploads payroll

2. Timely uploads Government Remittances

3. Timely uploads Tax Payment

4. Checks and uploads commission

5. Checks RFP payment (Audit debit)

6. Checks petty cash replenishment

7. Checks daily deposit vs. deposit slip

8. Checks unreleased cash advances

9. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Immediate Head.

• A college graduate of any 4-year course related to Finance
• In a Treasury Officer / Supervisor position for at least 2 - 4 years
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Excel) and Accounting Principles
• Able to analyze information and post accurately the figures / numbers in peach tree system
• Trust-worthy, keen to details, flexible, and able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
• Computer Literate; able to use Peach Tree Accounting Software and Excel Program
• Able to handle cash management, account receivables, account payables

Working pattern and location:

• Join Date: July 2025
• Employment Type: Full-time Employee
• Work Location: On-site
• Working Hours: 45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
• Workdays: Monday - Friday
• Location: 728 A. Bonifacio Ave., Balintawak, Quezon City, Philippines
