Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging websites and digital content while collaborating closely with the marketing team to enhance our online presence and user experience.

Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop website layouts, graphics, and other visual elements
• Create compelling social media content, including graphics, videos, and animations
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design concepts effectively
• Continuously improve website and social media user experience
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web design and social media trends and integrate them into projects
• Work independently and liaise directly with clients when required
• Adhere to company policies, maintain professionalism, and foster positive working relationships
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in digital design, product design, or UI/UX
• Strong UI/UX design skills with hands-on experience in Figma or similar design tools
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and design systems
• Working knowledge of front-end concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Relevant degree in Design, Multimedia Arts, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to work independently and manage client communication effectively

• Salary: 22,500 Php with 7,500 php allowance
• Work Set up: Remote
• Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PH Time
