Role Description
We are looking for an experienced US Technical Recruiter with a focus on hiring IT Auditors, Cybersecurity Consultants, and related technical roles. This position requires a solid understanding of US hiring practices and employment laws, along with broad HR knowledge and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and hire IT and cybersecurity professionals without relying on paid job ads
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing through offer and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws and hiring standards
- Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify needs, even when direction is minimal or evolving
- Take initiative and apply independent judgment to solve recruitment challenges
- Handle additional ad hoc HR or administrative tasks as needed
- Work effectively on an Eastern Time schedule
Qualifications:
- Proven experience recruiting IT audit, cybersecurity consultants, or other technical roles in the US
- Must have an experience hiring for US Roles
- Strong knowledge of US employment laws and HR best practices
- Ability to work independently and adapt to unstructured or changing environments
- Skilled in organic sourcing methods such as LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Familiarity with IT audit practices and frameworks is a plus
- Experience using ClickUp or similar task/project management tools is a plus
- Strong initiative, problem-solving ability, and adaptability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
