Perform general cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of facilities, equipment, and surroundings.
Operate utility machinery, tools, and equipment (e.g., power washers, vacuum systems, etc.).
Assist in loading, unloading, and transporting materials or supplies as needed.
Respond to emergency maintenance needs in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure all safety guidelines and protocols are adhered to while completing tasks.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of equipment for various events or projects.
Maintain and organize utility supplies, tools, and materials.
Monitor and report issues such as malfunctioning equipment or hazards.
Perform basic repairs on utility equipment or machinery, when required.
Support other team members and departments as needed.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, time spent, and supplies used.

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous experience in a maintenance, construction, or utility role (preferred).
Basic knowledge of utility systems (water, power, gas) is a plus.
Ability to use various hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
Basic knowledge of safety protocols in a utility setting.
Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor.
Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
