- Ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of all office areas, including workstations, comfort rooms, and common spaces.
- Perform general maintenance tasks to keep the premises in good condition.
- Serve as a runner for office errands, deliveries, and other assigned tasks.
- Operate and maintain basic cleaning equipment and tools.
- Drive company vehicle or motorcycle for errands and transport-related needs.
- Assist in setting up events, meetings, and office activities as needed.
