• Greet guests politely and provide excellent customer service.
• Safely park and retrieve vehicles in a timely manner.
• Handle both manual and automatic transmission cars.
• Maintain accurate vehicle claim tickets and records.
• Assist guests with luggage or packages when needed.
• Keep valet area safe, clean, and organized.
• Report any vehicle damage or incidents immediately.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit; able to stand, run short distances, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Professional appearance and courteous attitude.
• Previous valet or customer service experience is an advantage.
