• Impac Realty is seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a passionate visual storyteller who can transform raw footage into compelling, polished, and high-quality video content that aligns with our brand vision and engages our target audience.
• The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of modern editing techniques, and the ability to work collaboratively to bring concepts to life. You will play a crucial role in our content creation process, from post-production to final delivery across various platforms.
• Assemble, edit, and manipulate raw video footage into a cohesive and complete final product.
• Review shooting scripts and raw material to create a shot decision list based on story value and continuity.
• Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects to enhance the narrative and visual appeal.
• Create and implement motion graphics, titles, and captions as needed.
• Apply color correction and color grading to ensure a consistent and professional look.
• Synchronize audio, adjust sound levels, and perform basic audio mixing.
• Collaborate closely with the production team, directors, and other stakeholders throughout the entire post-production process.
• Maintain a high level of quality control, ensuring that all videos meet brand guidelines and technical specifications.
• Manage and organize all video files, assets, and project archives for easy access and future use.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, editing software, and best practices to maximize efficiency and innovation.
• Export and deliver final videos in various formats optimized for specific platforms (e.g., social media, YouTube, website, broadcast).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and storytelling abilities.
• Expert proficiency with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Avid Media Composer).
• Solid knowledge of motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, compression techniques, and video delivery standards.
• Excellent sense of pacing, rhythm, and visual aesthetics.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and problem-solving abilities.

• I need a video editor with a minimum of 4 YRS. EXPERIENCE editing in CAPCUT ONLY!
