• Responsible for the planning, shooting, and post-production of video content for brand social media and marketing campaigns (including short-form videos, interviews, event highlights, and product stories).
• Proficiency in multiple video editing software platforms including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and CapCut is required.
• Experience with comprehensive shooting equipment including DSLR cameras, mirrorless cameras, professional camcorders, smartphone filming, and lighting equipment is essential.
• Independently develop creative video concepts and scripts to ensure content aligns with brand tone and marketing objectives.
• Adapt video styles, pacing, and storytelling approaches to fit different platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to maximize engagement.
• Professional experience with social media platforms is required for effective content adaptation and audience engagement.
• Stay up to date with video trends and content creation techniques, regularly proposing innovative ideas to enhance creative output and brand storytelling.
• Manage shooting materials, project files, and production timelines to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in video creation, ideally within branding, content marketing, creative agencies, or as an independent creator.
• Proven ability to handle the full video production process—from concept development to final delivery—with a strong portfolio or successful case examples preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
