We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand and messaging across various platforms. You will work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver high-quality visual assets that meet business objectives and enhance the overall user experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
AI Image Generation
- Use AI tools (e.g., DALL·E, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly) to generate images based on prompts, creative briefs, or concept directions.
- Collaborate with clients or requestor to ensure prompt alignment with visual objectives.
Image Refinement and Post-Processing
- Edit and retouch AI-generated images to remove imperfections, artifacts, or inconsistencies (e.g., distorted anatomy, incorrect lighting, blurred details).
- Use software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar for professional-grade polishing.
Creative Input and Art Direction
- Ensure images match brand guidelines, visual tone, and project requirements.
- Suggest improvements or alternatives to enhance visual storytelling using AI-generated content.
Quality Control
- Maintain high visual standards across all assets produced.
- Ensure outputs are optimized for web, print, or multimedia formats as required.
Prompt Engineering and AI Tuning
- Develop effective prompts and refine inputs to yield better AI image results.
- Stay updated on new AI tools, models, and generation techniques.
Collaboration and File Management
- Coordinate with design teams, copywriters, or project managers to meet deadlines.
- Maintain organized, layered source files for archiving or client revision.
Video Editing
- Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling, visually appealing content.
- Adjust and enhance model movements to ensure smooth, realistic motion.
- Refine visual aspects such as lighting, skin tone, and model features to align with brand aesthetics.
- Edit and manipulate backgrounds as needed, including replacement or enhancement, to improve the visual environment.
- Add motion effects or animation to make static elements appear more dynamic and lifelike.
- Ensure video content is consistent with the creative vision and branding guidelines.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals, storyboards, and timelines.
- Perform color correction, audio editing, and visual effects as necessary.
- Maintain organization of project files and manage revisions efficiently.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or equivalent (preferred but not always required).
- 1–3 years of experience in digital design or a creative field (freelance, agency, or in-house).
- Proven experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Experience with AI image-generation platforms (e.g., DALL·E, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Stable Diffusion).
- Strong understanding of visual composition, color theory, lighting, and typography.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and iterative creative workflows.
Soft Skills:
- Eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong problem-solving skills (especially in fixing AI artifacts).
- Creative thinker who can adapt AI outputs to various styles or brand identities.
