We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, and tech-savvy Video Producer & AI Post-Production Specialist who can manage and optimize our transition to cloud-based video production and podcasting platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in video production, strong proficiency with AI-driven editing tools, and familiarity with platforms like Riverside, Descript, Canva, and Opus.pro. This role requires creativity, technical aptitude, and project management skills to deliver compelling digital content consistently.

Video & Podcast Production:

• Record, edit, and produce high-quality, engaging videos and podcasts, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand standards.
• Create captivating shorts/reels from long-form content for various platforms.
• Produce special formats including event recap videos with same-day delivery.

Technology Integration & Management:

• Implement and manage cloud-based production tools (Riverside.fm, Descript, Canva, Opus.pro) to streamline content creation workflows.
• Set up and maintain organized cloud storage (Google Drive/Dropbox), ensuring seamless collaboration and accessibility.
• Regularly assess and optimize technological setups and workflows based on evolving requirements and industry advancements.

Channel Development & Content Strategy:

• Establish and revamp YouTube channels, managing content uploads, scheduling, and audience engagement.
• Collaborate with clients to develop content strategies, enhancing their digital presence through cohesive branding and high-quality multimedia.

Creative Collaboration:

• Work closely with stakeholders to deliver projects aligned with strategic objectives.
• Generate innovative content ideas and proactively pitch improvements to maximize viewer engagement.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven track record in professional experience in video production and editing (2-4 years minimum).
• High Proficiency with cloud-based production AI tools such as Riverside.fm, Descript, and Opus.pro.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools, particularly Canva, for creating thumbnails and visual assets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate creative concepts and technical setups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing YouTube channels and optimizing content for searchability (SEO).
• Knowledge of HubSpot CRM integration for content marketing strategies.
• Understanding of basic website management to support digital content strategies.
