Our US Partner has extensive experience in servicing customers of a wide range of plumbing issues along with their inventory of high-quality service parts whether it's commercial plumbing, residential plumbing, or our industrial clients.

We are looking for a reliable and organized Virtual Admin Assistant with experience using Paychex to help manage administrative tasks and support payroll functions. The ideal candidate will assist with payroll processing, employee inquiries, and general administrative duties, ensuring smooth operations for the team.

This is a full-time role on a US shift and on a work-from-home setup.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with payroll processing using Paychex software.
  • Answer employee payroll-related questions.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll information in Paychex.
  • Support general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience using Paychex or similar payroll software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Basic knowledge of payroll processes is a plus.
