We’re looking for a creative and dedicated Virtual Assistant (On site) to work with our growing team in our beautiful office in Makati.



Requirements:


  • Must be willing to work On Site in Makati City.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Corporate social media management and graphic design experience essential
  • Minimum of at least 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Virtual Assistant, Personal/Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, fostering strong relationships internally and externally
  • In-depth logistics management expertise, adept at meeting deadlines and navigating competing priorities
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a growth mindset and emotional maturity
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Highly resourceful team player capable of working independently
  • Experience supporting multiple leaders concurrently in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Calendar management expertise



Responsibilities:


  • Exceptional support in administration, transcription, marketing, and research
  • Social media updates
  • Graphic design of folders, flyers, brochures and other marketing collateral
  • Keep up to date with marketing trends to assist with updates or new marketing material
  • Manage complex calendars using Google Calendar, vetting, prioritizing, and offering recommendations
  • Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, and tradespeople, and execute administrative tasks
  • Liaise with the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA) when required
  • Ensure the Leader's preparedness and punctuality for all meetings
  • Follow up on project deadlines and deliverables, providing reminders as needed
  • Act as a team expert for business-related matters, serving as a go-to person for supported leaders
  • Handle diverse responsibilities, including making travel arrangements, organizing events, taking meeting notes, preparation of meeting agendas and presentations and managing confidential information
