Key Responsibilities
Content Research & Coordination
- Conduct in-depth research on hotels, destinations, and activities, including reviews and traveler feedback.
- Gather creative references and inspiration for video and photo content.
- Research collaboration opportunities with local businesses, creators, or brands.
- Compile findings into organized summaries and visual references for easy review.
Communications Management
- Repurpose existing content across multiple platforms while maintaining tone and messaging consistency.
- Coordinate with the client or creative team for content updates, uploads, and scheduling.
- Organize and maintain content assets (images, videos, captions, analytics).
Travel & Event Coordination
- Research and book travel logistics including flights, accommodations, and transport.
- Plan and track upcoming events, meetups, and activities.
- Prepare detailed itineraries with notes on schedules, local contacts, and backup options.
- Anticipate client needs and ensure smooth coordination of travel details.
Administrative Support
- Maintain and update shared documents, trackers, and tools for travel and content projects.
- Coordinate with external contacts, vendors, or service providers as needed.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and completion of assigned deliverables.

Technical Requirements
Educational Attainment: College Level or Higher
Experience Level: 1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Travel/Content Support role.
- Experience managing digital communications (email, social media platforms).
- Background in travel planning and logistics coordination.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in online research, Google Workspace, Notion, and collaboration tools.
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to changing needs and schedules.
Compensation
Salary Range: Php 30,000 – 33,000 per month (depending on experience)
