- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages promptly.
- Ensure cleanliness of tables and dining area.
- Handle payments and process transactions.
- Assist in menu knowledge and recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other team members.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in restaurant or banquet service preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills essential for a fast-paced environment.
- Working Conditions: Requires standing for long periods in a dynamic hotel or restaurant setting.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, organized, and able to work well under pressure.
