- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments
- Serve food and beverages efficiently
- Answer customer inquiries and handle complaints politely
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining and serving area
- Refill condiments, utensils, and other service items as needed
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Assist in food preparation and cooking as per standard recipes
- Ensure all ingredients and food items are fresh and properly stored
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in receiving and stocking supplies
- Coordinate with service crew to ensure timely order delivery
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining and serving area
- Refill condiments, utensils, and other service items as needed
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
