簡介
- Greet guests courteously and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Set up banquet rooms, buffet lines, and dining areas according to event layouts.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, efficiently, and in accordance with service standards.
- Assist with plating, clearing, and resetting tables as needed throughout the event.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and service areas.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operation.
- Follow company policies, hygiene, and food safety regulations at all times.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in post-event breakdown and cleanup, ensuring all equipment is returned and stored properly.
- Support the catering team during off-site functions and ensure proper handling of food and equipment.
- Age: 23–32 years old
- Must have a valid Philippine passport
- Must have experience in a fine dining restaurant or hotel restaurant
- At least 2–3 years of experience
- Salary is NEGOTIABLE upon interview
