The Dining Server is responsible for delivering a friendly, efficient, and enjoyable dining experience to guests in a casual dining setting. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service, taking and serving orders accurately, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Present menus, provide information on daily specials, and offer menu recommendations.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure guests are satisfied throughout their dining experience and respond to requests quickly.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints courteously and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and serving stations.
• Assist in table setup, clearing, and resetting for the next guests.
• Process customer payments accurately through cash or POS systems.
• Follow restaurant safety, hygiene, and sanitation policies.

Requirements:

• At least High School Graduate or equivalent.
• With experience in casual dining restaurants is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Neat, well-groomed, and presentable at all times.
