Inventory & Product Management: Oversee product levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Ensure correct products are delivered and displayed in stores or online.
Sales & Profitability Analysis: Monitor sales performance, identify best-selling products, and analyze customer data to forecast demand and improve profitability.
Merchandising & Display: Develop and implement strategies to create visually appealing product displays that attract customers and align with brand standards.
Promotional Strategy: Plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales strategies to drive revenue and clear out excess product.
Supplier & Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with buyers, suppliers, and other departments (like sales and marketing) to coordinate product sourcing and delivery.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Research competitor pricing, marketing strategies, and customer preferences to inform product selection and placement.
Pricing: Set and adjust product prices based on demand, sales data, and profitability goals.
Store Standards: Ensure stores maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and shelf rotation.
Customer Feedback: Monitor customer feedback to identify trends and adjust merchandising efforts accordingly.
