Know how to use a Palette or can handle a Palette

• Receiving and processing: Verify and log incoming stock, check for accuracy and damage, and store items in their designated locations. 
• Order fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a timely and accurate manner. 
• Inventory management: Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits, and update inventory records to maintain accurate stock levels. 
• Loading and unloading: Load and unload trucks, verify contents, and ensure all shipments meet quality and safety standards. 
• Equipment operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling machines. 
• Safety and maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, and report any safety or maintenance issues promptly. 

Required skills and qualifications

• Physical ability: Ability to stand, walk, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds or more for extended periods. 
• Attention to detail: Diligence in checking for damaged goods and ensuring order accuracy. 
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet daily goals. 
• Flexibility: Willingness to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. 
• Computer literacy: Basic computer skills for data entry into warehouse management systems (WMS). 
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with others.
