The Warehouse Staff is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing construction materials, tools, and equipment to ensure efficient operations at project sites. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and coordination with site personnel to maintain proper inventory levels and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of construction materials, tools, and supplies.
• Store materials in designated locations and ensure proper labeling and organization.
• Issue materials and tools to project teams based on approved requests or requisitions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including stock cards and material logs
• Conduct regular physical inventory and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchasing for replenishment needs.
• Ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the warehouse area.
• Handle tools and equipment properly to avoid damage or loss.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Comply with company safety standards and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or vocational course in warehouse or logistics management (preferred).
• At least 1–2 years of experience as a warehouse staff, preferably in the construction industry.
• Basic knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (advantage)
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
• Honest, organized, and with strong attention to detail.
