- Supervise daily warehouse operations and team members.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving schedules.
- Train and develop staff for optimal performance.
- Implement efficiency improvements and monitor workflows.
- Maintain records and prepare reports as required.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years in warehouse operations or team leadership.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational abilities, heavy lifting capability, flexibility, excellent communication, computer literacy, effective leadership, and outstanding record-keeping.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily warehouse operations, lead staff training, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure safety compliance.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced warehouse environment requiring physical stamina and adaptability to changing conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Dependable, proactive, strong team player, and a mentor who fosters positive work relationships.
