職位描述
- Strategize the team to perform regular audits to verify warehouse inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
- Update inventory management systems with adjustments and corrections as needed.
- Conducts reconciliation of incoming and outgoing items and/ or orders to ensure accurate documentation.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other warehouse staff and stakeholders to address operational inefficiencies contributing to discrepancies.
- Manage and monitor personnel assigned to the team.
- Generate inventory reports and maintain accurate records of all reconciliation activities.
- Support and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and minimize errors.
- Conduct regular reports in relation to assigned tasks accordingly.
