Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• With at least 2-3 years’ experience as a Real Time Analyst
• Amenable to attend interviews
• Willing to work onsite
• Can start as soon as possible

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures optimal staffing for business partners by creating forecasts and staffing models, analyzing market conditions, and providing data-driven recommendations.
• Oversees resource planning for one or more divisional units; acts as a trusted advisor by anticipating issues and opportunities.
• Builds strong relationships with business partners, proactively communicating trends and concerns with actionable insights.
• Collaborates with business partners to identify initiatives or changes affecting volumes or staffing, assessing their impact on workforce needs.
• Generates and maintains volume forecasts for contact centers or processing departments using standard and advanced statistical techniques.
• Monitors staffing drivers (volume, handle time, shrinkage, occupancy) against plan, raising awareness and recommending corrective actions as needed.
