Description
- Manage financial records and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with auditors to facilitate annual audits.
- Continuously improve accounting processes and controls.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Data Analysis, Budgeting, Audit, Billing, Purchasing, and Data Entry; strong understanding of Financial Statements.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare financial reports, manage budgets, conduct audits, and oversee billing processes.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, standard business hours, may require overtime during peak periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, analytical mindset, strong communication skills in English, and ability to work under pressure.
