Description
- Record and monitor daily financial transactions of the hotel.
- Prepare and review invoices, payments, and reimbursements.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files and records.
- Coordinate with other departments for billing and cost tracking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in hotel accounting or general accounting
- Knowledge of hotel revenue cycle, accounts receivable/payable, and cash handling
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or hotel PMS systems)
- Strong knowledge of BIR regulations, taxation, and financial reporting standards
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Trustworthy, with high integrity in handling confidential financial information
- Good communication and coordination skills with operations and management
