Description
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations
- Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle communications
- Maintain filing systems and ensure document accuracy
- Support team projects and facilitate office procedures
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or current student with relevant internship experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong time management, organizational skills, and effective written communication.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, collaborative team setting, and flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and possesses a positive attitude towards challenges.
