Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, located in WeWork, Uptown Mall, BGC, Taguig. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, lead generation, pitching and presentations, partnership management, and managing client accounts. The daily tasks include market research, creating business strategies, and coordinating with the creative, accounts and ads teams. The Business Development Manager will also be involved in proposal writing, presentations, and negotiations to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Strong skills in market research, strategic planning, and relationship-building
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Familiarity with marketing, branding, and digital marketing strategies
• Experience in the creative or marketing industry is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
