Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Document call details and customer interactions in the database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency.
- Stay updated on company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School or Senior High School Diploma required.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, excellent customer service skills, basic technical skills, strong work ethic.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment; must be able to work shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
