Job Description
Description
- Provide real-time customer support through live chat platforms
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues promptly
- Guide customers through product features, troubleshooting steps, and processes
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors
- Meet daily chat volume and response time targets
- Follow company scripts and standard operating procedures
- Provide product information and assist with order processing
- Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Excellent written English communication skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40 WPM)
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with chat platforms
- Patience and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends
- Stable internet connection for remote work
