Description

  • Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and interviewing candidates.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and training programs for new hires.
  • Assist in employee relations and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Help in payroll processing and benefits administration.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR functions.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resource Planning.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
