Description
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and resume screening.
- Onboard new employees and conduct orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and databases.
- Support payroll and benefits administration.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, human resource planning, social recruitment strategies, and recruitment allocation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment processes, maintain employee records, and support HR initiatives.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working collaboratively.
