Description

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, and assist with financial reporting.
  • Support payroll processing and manage employee reimbursements.
  • Collaborate with departments to streamline HR and accounting functions.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students with relevant internships.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, Monday to Friday, standard working hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
