Design innovative and engaging contract activity programs based on the business goals of the exchange and market dynamics to enhance user engagement and trading volume.
Collaborate closely with product, development, and other departments to drive the implementation and execution of projects, and work with marketing and other departments to promote growth after product launch.
Continuously monitor and analyze data related to activities, assess the effectiveness and impact of events, and develop optimization plans to improve and enhance the performance of subsequent activities.
Actively engage with users, collect feedback and suggestions, and address complaints and issues in a timely manner to ensure a high-quality user experience and satisfaction.
Analyze the operational status of competitors based on the cryptocurrency market situation, propose practical solutions, and implement corresponding improvement measures.

Bilingual proficiency: Fluent in English and Korean, with strong reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in Chinese, English, and Korean.
Strong organizational skills: Able to efficiently handle confidential tasks and proficient in using basic office software such as Excel and PowerPoint.
Self-management and adaptability: Capable of quickly adapting and working independently in a fast-paced environment, with good time management skills.
Stress resilience: Able to effectively manage daily, detailed tasks while maintaining focus under pressure.
Industry knowledge: Knowledge of or experience in finance or blockchain-related fields is preferred.
